2021 Annual Report April 26, 2022 | Success Stories 2021 Annual Report Today, April 26, 2022, EfficiencyOne released its 2021 Annual Report titled: Good Energy, For All. The report showcases our leadership, innovation, inclusivity, and growth in the past year as well as highlights the important contributions that energy efficiency has made in achieving Nova Scotia’s climate action goals. In 2021, EfficiencyOne continued to help Nova Scotians by: Avoiding over 100,000 tonnes of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions through programs and services; Saving more than one billion in energy costs, including more than $208 million in savings for low-income homeowners and tenants; Providing rebates on more than 1,600 solar photovoltaic (PV) installations, saving more than 16.8 MW of new solar generation capacity; Upgrading more than 230 band-owned homes in all 13 Mi’kmaq communities as part of our long-term, relationship-building with the Mi’kmaq of Nova Scotia; and Supporting 2,600 jobs in Nova Scotia’s energy efficiency sector.
